More details!

I have no idea if anyone is reading this! Leave some comments please if you are. Anyway... I have a few more details for you. The cost for the all day crop will be $25 if paid at the door and $20 if paid in advance. Whether or not you pay in advance, I am asking you to please preregister so I know how many to expect for lunch and how many tables to set up. We will be limited to about 50 people so pre-registration will be first come- first served.

Sorry no refunds, however, if you sign up and pay in advance and can't make it, I will give you a credit for the next crop.

How to pre-register:

1) Leave your name and email address or telephone number on this site as a comment. You can comment on any of the posts and leave your name. The comments come to me first so you don't need to worry about your email address or phone number being out there for all to see.

2) Call me at 382-3412 with the same information (leave a message if I'm not there)

If you want to pay in advance you can send a check made out to Pamela Gerdes (that's me) in care of Central United Church, 150 Queen Street, Moncton, NB, E1C 1K8 or if you call me I can work out other arrangements with you.

So what will you get for your $25/$20?

Cropping space (with table space of at least 3 feet plus extra floor space for your supply bag), morning coffee/tea and pastries, light lunch, drawing for door prizes, access to classes (classes will have an additional cost), fun and fellowship, and a chance to get your pages done and see what other people are creating.

Schedule:

9:00 am doors open, registration for crop and classes, tables available, coffee etc. available
9:30 am word of welcome
10:00 am morning class(es) start
12:30 pm lunch served, drawing for door prizes during or after lunch
2:00 pm afternoon class(es) start
5:00 pm crop ends

Menu:

For our first crop, lunch will be assorted sandwiches, chips, veggies and dip, squares and cookies for dessert, coffee, tea, water, pop

For our second crop I'm planning on assorted pizzas, vegetable tray, desserts and beverages.

If anyone has any special request or food allergies please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you.

One other request:

Central United Church is a scent-free facility. Please avoid using any scented products such as perfume, hair products, deodorants etc. as there are some who are severely affected by these scented products. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to ask me.
